This event took place as hundreds of Providence Public High School students from a range of rival high schools emptied into Kennedy Plaza at the same time after school got out on Tuesday.

Multiple juveniles were arrested for disorderly conduct, say police, along with one adult.

One juvenile was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

This is the latest case of violence at Kennedy Plaza.

On August 31, the Providence Police Department announced that it obtained 25 arrest warrants for individuals involved in the organized possession and distribution of illegal narcotics in the Kennedy Plaza area.

At this time, 19 of those individuals have been apprehended and police will be vigilant in their efforts to apprehend the remaining individuals with warrants for their arrest.

EDITOR'S NOTE: GoLocal will not be zooming in on students' faces as the vast majority are minors.
