Man Arrested in Georgia for April Homicide Outside Providence Strip Club

A Providence man has been arrested for a murder outside a Providence strip club this past spring. 

A warrant was out for the arrest of Providence resident Robert Komhlan, age 36, in the deadly April 1 shooting outside Wonderland Gentleman’s Club on Allens Avenue. 

The victim, Angelo Gomez, was shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries on April 8.

He was 30 years old.

On Thursday, Komhlan was apprehended in Georgia, Providence Police tell GoLocal.

He is being extradited back to Rhode Island to face charges.
