NEW: Police Investigating Stabbing in Providence on Monday
Providence Police are investigating a report of a man being stabbed in the city Monday night near the Cranston line.
About Incident
According to police, the man was being taken to the hospital after reportedly being stabbed by the Dunkin' Donuts at 552 Cranston Street.

A female, who had been transporting the victim at the time, flagged down officers on Cromwell Street for help.
When police assisted, the victim -- who was applying pressure to his chest -- was reportedly unable to answer any questions.
He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital by ambulance.
Police are currently investigating.
