Providence Police: Arrest in Last Thursday's Homicide; Arrest Warrant for Auto Repair Shop Murder

Providence Police announced Monday they have made an arrest in the homicide that occurred last Thursday off Atwells Avenue -- and have obtained an arrest warrant in the April 16 murder at a Providence auto repair shop. 

Arrest -- And Arrest Warrant

Police announced they have arrested Johnny Xaykosy, age 31 of Providence, for the homicide that occurred on Thursday, April 22 at 143 Indiana Avenue.

He was arraigned Monday morning and held without bail.

Additionally, Providence Police Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Phillip Manners aka Phillip Manners Rojas (DOB 10/8/79) for the homicide that occurred following a shooting incident on April 16 at an auto repair shop located at 405 Harris Avenue. 

The subject is described as 6’3”, approximately 310lbs, black hair and brown eyes.
