RI State Police Arrest 2 Men on Marijuana Distribution & Gun Charges
Nathan Filion and William Lima, both of Lincoln, were both arrested as part of an investigation by the Rhode Island State Police High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force (HIDTA).
They were both ordered held without bail.

Nathan Filion, age 28, of 74 Old Orchard Road, Lincoln, was arrested and arraigned on the charges of:
- Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-marijuana
- Possession of marijuana in excess of 5 kilograms
- Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-Psilocybin mushrooms
- Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-Butane Honey Oil (BHO)
- Controlled substance conspiracy
- Three (3) counts of possession of a firearm while committing a controlled substance violation
William Lima, age 29, of 6 Lincoln Avenue, Lincoln was arrested and arraigned on the charges of:
- Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-marijuana
- Possession of marijuana in excess of 5 kilograms
- Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-Psilocybin mushrooms
- Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-Butane honey Oil (BHO)
- Controlled substance conspiracy
The Investigation
The arrests are the result of an investigation initiated by members of the HIDTA resulting in the execution of court-authorized search warrants at 74 Old Orchard Road, 6 Lincoln Avenue, and 70 New River Road, Lincoln.
The search of the locations resulted in the seizure of the following:
- 219 mature marijuana plants;
- 20 pounds of usable marijuana;
- 6.7 kilogram's of butane honey oil (BHO);
- 272 grams of psilocybin mushrooms;
- $12,340.00 in United States currency;
- (1) Smith & Wesson M+P 15-22 rifle;
- (1) Glock 17 GEN4 Handgun;
- (1) Mauser HSC Handgun and marijuana packaging and grow related equipment
