Jim Langevin has been returned to Congress with an overwhelming margin. Langevin returns for his 10th-term in Congress.

He defeated Republican Salvatore Caiozzo. With 92 percent reporting, Langevin has 63.2 percent of the vote and Caiozzo just 36.6 percent.

Langevin had a mammoth fundraising advantage. According to Federal Election Commission data, Langevin took in $1,070,816.58, spent $684,721.36, and still has $1,026,543.57 cash-on-hand.
