Top Langevin Staffer Jumps to Magaziner -- Raises Doubts About Congressman Running for Governor

Mike DeAngelis is joining Langevin's staff as District Director.
While Langevin had widely been considered to be eyeing a run for Governor in Rhode Island in 2022, the move by Klaiman to Magaziner -- another potential Democratic candidate -- now casts doubt on the Congressman considering a return to the Rhode Island State House.

Langevin has served in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2001.

DeAngelis served as Campaign Manager and Finance Director for the Langevin for Congress campaign since 2013. Prior to that, he worked as Deputy Campaign manager in support of Langevin’s reelection efforts. He also served as Finance Director to Pedro Segarra’s successful bid for mayor of Hartford, Connecticut, in 2011, and was Deputy Campaign Manager for Steven Costantino’s Providence mayoral campaign in 2010.
