Deflategate: Where Things Stand Right Now

The Deflategate saga is still going on more than a year after it started.

As of now, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is suspended for the first four games of the season after the Second Circuit Court of Appeals overturned judge Richard Berman's ruling in late April.

However, Tom Brady and his legal team have appealed to the Second Circuit for a rehearing in which all 13 judges would listen in on. 

The court does not have to take the case, they could throw it out and essentially end the Deflategate saga. 

So as OTA's are underway on the practice fields behind Gillette Stadium, Tom Brady waits to see if he will have another shot at an appeal and an overturn.
