Preseason Game vs Green Bay
The Patriots return to the practice field behind Gillette Stadium on Monday at 1:15 p.m. as they get set for their first preseason game against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night at Gillette Stadium.
The Patriots decision to release Matt Flynn could at least in part be that they need a third string quarterback for the game and Flynn would be unavailable.
Jimmy Garoppolo is expected to take most of the snaps.
