Tropical Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:

• 1 Golden Pineapple, diced

• 2 Mangos, diced

• 1 Papaya, diced

• 1 Red Onion, finely chopped

• 1 Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped

• 2 tablespoons Curly Parsley, chopped

• 2 tablespoons Honey

• ½ teaspoon Salt

• ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

• ¾ cup Water

• 2 tablespoons Corn Starch

Instructions:

• Combine water and corn starch to make a slurry.

• Combine all other ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to boil, boil for 3 minutes. Slowly add the slurry, stirring. Return to boil. Remove from heat and cool.
