Meanwhile, the City of Providence's nine recreation centers are crumbling. Here's a look at some of the inadequate facilities Providence's youth face at city funded recreation centers, as the city considers special tax treatment of the PawSox ownership group.

Walking along the side of the recreation center there was a large tear in the fence. This tear was big enough for a person to walk through without any problem.
