A former US Attorney wanted a $15,000 retainer fee plus a monthly fee of $6,000 a month to represent Gennaro Anguilo in his IRS matter. Anguilo won’t pay it and said the amount is excessive.

In this FBI memo regarding an informant giving information, “PETER LIMONE also told PATRIARCA that he never used that stuff before referring to “bomb stuff.”

The document states, “THE SENSITIVE NATURE OF THE INFORMANT’S POSITION NECESSITATES THAT EVERY EFFORT BE EXERCISED TO MAINTAIN HIS SECURITY.”

“..they would have to unseat the Kennedys because BOBBY KENNEDY is the cause of all their trouble. He pointed out that the people in Chicago are the ones who actually put JOHN in the Presidency and he got in turned his back on them and blamed everything on his brother BOBBY.  He said that the people in Chicago are dead set against him and are going to try to defeat him in the next election. There was mention of SINATRA but informant was unable to obtain significance of same.
