According to the informant, the reason for the contact was in connection with the Gallo-Profaci family in New York. Patriarca was going to make sure that Bianco had a representative in the group now controlling this family in New York.”

BROOKE, according to MODICA was instrumental in curtailing the activities of the Grand Jury in investigating this race track.”
