The Brown Bears men’s basketball team earned their first Ivy League win of the season on Saturday night, beating the Cornell Big Red 74-63 at the Pizzitola Sports Center on Brown’s campus.

"It's never easy to win a league game and Cornell came in with a good game plan and played hard. We dictated the game with our defensive intensity. We really wanted to get on the offensive glass and got it done with 14 offensive rebounds and a 40-30 rebound advantage,” said Brown head coach Mike Martin after the game.

Brown was led by senior Zach Hunsaker who scored 20 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the field, including 4-of-5 from behind the three-point line.
