Brown and Penn have met 87 times, dating back to 1895, with the Quakers holding a 61-24-2 series lead.
Last year, Penn earned its fourth straight win over the Bears, 13-7.
Brown had won the previous two games over the Quakers (2013 & 2014), including a 21-13 decision in 2014 at Franklin Field, its first in Philadelphia since 2008.
Brown Offense
The Bears offense comes into the game having put up a total of 158 points this season, which is more then the Bears scored all of last season (143).
Brown quarterback EJ Perry leads the country in total offense with 351 yards per game.
Perry accounted for 463 yards of total offense and three touchdowns last week against Cornell.
He also ranks ninth in the country in completions, with 25 per game.
Wide receiver Demitri Jackson is tied for the Brown team lead with 24 catches for 213 yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Scott Boylan has 20 catches for 288 yards and five touchdowns.
Brown Defense
The Bears defense enters Saturday’s contest giving up an average of 42 points per game on the season.
Jason Medeiros leads the Bears with 34 tackles on the season and two interceptions.
Elijah Pierre leads Brown with 2.5 sacks, while Michael Hoecht follows up with two sacks on the season.
