Tell us about your professional experience up to now.

I received an MBA from Providence College and started my professional life in corporate marketing with firms such as Nissan Motor Corporation/Infiniti Division, Time Inc./Sports Illustrated, then ventured into entrepreneurship – a catering company, real estate investment, and then sales for the past 10 years. Through it all, I’ve learned the value of adaptability, relationship-building, and maintaining a results-driven mindset in every endeavor.

Where are you originally from, and where do you live now?

I am originally from Cranston but lived around the country, including San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, and Darien, Connecticut. I spent my childhood summers in Watch Hill, so I’ve always been in love with beautiful beaches here and around the world. I resettled in the Garden City area of Cranston in 2000. I always loved the shopping center and the central location with proximity to Providence, Newport, and, of course, RI beaches.

What made you want to join Residential Properties?

I have a deep appreciation for RPL's 45-year legacy as an independent brokerage led by a pioneering woman, Sally Lapides. I am thrilled to join Residential Properties as a residential agent for many reasons. The company's significant brand equity in the Rhode Island market is unmatched, and its global reach allows me to cater to luxury and international clients. Plus, their agile, local marketing strategies, supported by a top-notch marketing team, empower me to effectively adapt to the ever-changing real estate landscape and provide unparalleled service to my clients.

Can you tell us about your involvement in the community?

I am on the Board of Directors for The Tomorrow Fund, an organization that contributes financial and emotional resources to children with cancer and their families. I’m also the President of the Lt. Jim Pagano Foundation, supporting K-12 programs and organizations that build courage, confidence, and character.

What is your non-work life like?

I currently live in Garden City with my son, Charles, who is a recent graduate of Providence College in biochemistry. He and my Cavapoo, Gracie, are the loves of my life! I also enjoy cooking and entertaining, experiential travel, renovations and interior design, and exploring diverse cultures through cuisine.

What are your goals now that you’re with Residential Properties?

I’m thrilled to join the respected and renowned team at Residential Properties. My previous five years affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty provided me with experience catering to luxury clients and the specific needs associated with high-end properties. I’m looking forward to the continuation of my concierge service for all my clients regardless of their price point, and representing them with the integrity, wisdom, and ethical standards I’ve set for myself. I’m here to advise you!
