When police arrived, they said they met with two individuals, who said there had been a fight with a neighbor.

One of the victims said he had been talking with a friend in his front yard when his neighbor - later identified as Cary Greene - came out of his house with a rifle.

According to the victims, Greene pointed it directly at them and yelled at them to "shut up" before going back into his house.

Police then formed a perimeter around Greene's house, and on loudspeaker, ordered occupants to exit the building.

Greene and his wife complied with police orders; officers say a rifle was located inside the house.

Greene was arrested and is facing charges.
