On Saturday, Judith Perez’s Lovera VIP club parking lot was the location of a series of fights and the arrest of a Massachusetts man on a gun charge, according to police.

This is the second incident for Lovera in less than a year.

GoLocal called Chief Oscar Perez about the repeated incidents at or outside his sister's club, he did not respond.

As GoLocal was first to report on November 16, 2024:

Multiple people were injured in a stabbing at a club in Providence overnight.

According to police, a fight had erupted inside a VIP area in the establishment.

Shortly after 1 AM on [November 16, 2024], police were called to a disturbance at Lovera VIP on Broad Street.

Police said that upon arrival, they encountered two males in their 20s suffering from stab wounds.

The victims were taken by rescue to Rhode Island Hospital.

A third victim - a male in his 30s - had left the club and gone to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment.

According to club security, a fight had broken out inside the club's VIP area after a club-goer slipped and knocked over a bottle of champagne.

Police said there was a trail of blood from the VIP section to the exit.

GoLocal also reached out to Judith Perez, requesting comments about the incident this weekend and the pattern of incidents at the club. She did not respond.
