Brown Holds Off Maine 75-67 for School-Record 10th Non-Conference Win

Brown head coach Mike Martin
The Brown Bears men’s basketball team won its school-record 10th non-conference game on Wednesday night, beating Maine 75-67 at the Pizzitola Sports Center.

"I'm certainly glad we won. We let our guard down in the second half and Maine hurt us in the paint. When we play with passion and spirit we can play with anyone, but we have to sustain that level for 40 minutes.  Winning 10 non-conference games is terrific for our program,” said head coach Mike Martin after the game.

Brown has now won ten of their last 12 games and improves to 10-4 on the season.
