People on the Move: Mongeon Returns to Professional Facilities Management as In-House Counsel

Professional Facilities Management (PFM), Inc. President and CEO J.L. “Lynn” Singleton has announced that Norbert H. Mongeon, Esq. is returning to the company. 

Mongeon, who previously served as PFM’s Vice President of Finance for 35 years, will assume the role of in-house legal counsel.

“We are pleased to welcome Norbert back to PFM in this new capacity after successfully completing his law degree. In his new role, Norbert will focus on the needs of existing clients and assist with the development of new business opportunities for PFM," said Singleton.

“It will be great to have Norbert back as part of our PFM team – he is well-versed in all aspects of the entertainment industry and his ideas and input will be invaluable," added PFM Vice President Alan J. Chille.

 

About Mongeon

Mongeon originally joined the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) in Rhode Island in 1985 as Chief Financial Officer. 

In 1989, Singleton, Mongeon, Chille, PFM Vice President of Ticketing Services Donna Santos, former RI Governor Bruce Sundlun, and the PPAC Board of Directors founded PFM, a wholly owned subsidiary of PPAC specializing in venue management and booking.

Mongeon obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2023 from UMASS Dartmouth School of Law and joined the Massachusetts Bar and the Rhode Island Bar in 2023 and 2024, respectively.

“I am excited about rejoining the PFM team in this new role as in-house counsel and look forward to contributing to the company’s growth and future success," said Mongeon. 

PFM has nine client venues across the country including The VETS in Providence, Rhode Island, the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall in Fort Myers, Florida and The Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC) in Durham, North Carolina; PFM works in partnership with the Nederlander Organization in managing DPAC.
