The Brown Bears men's basketball team (7-13, 2-4 Ivy League) fell 77-73 to (16-7, 5-1 Columbia on Saturday night at the Pizzitola Center. The loss snaps Brown's two game losing streak.

Steven Spieth gave Brown a 68-67 lead after converting a layup with 2 minutes to play in the game.
However, Columbia would then go on a 7-0 run sparked by a Chris McComber three to take a 74-68 lead with 38 seconds to play.
The Bears would get within two points, 75-73, after a Kyle Haber three with 6.8 seconds to go but Columba would seal the game on the free throw line.
Brown trailed the Lions 37-31 at the half
