NFL Leaves Brady Off of Super Bowl 50 Promotional Tweet

The NFL left Tom Brady and the New England Patriots off of their Super Bowl 50 promotional tweet in which they put up late Sunday Night. The NFL deleted the tweet a couple of hours later after coming under heavy criticism from fans and other media outlets.

The tweet included pictures Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Ben Rothlisberger, Andrew Luck, Russell Wilson, Drew Brees and Carson Palmer but no Tom Brady.

The New England Patriots come into this season as the defending Super Bowl champions and Tom Brady as the reigning Super Bowl MVP, and arguably the greatest quarterback of all time.

A Bit Bitter?

This comes after the NFL had the four game deflategate suspension they gave to Tom Brady overturned in New York Federal Court by Judge Richard Berman on Thursday, September 3.

The NFL will now appeal the decision however, Tom Brady will be on the field for Thursday nights home opener and NFL Season opener against the Steelers at Gillette Stadium.

This case was the latest in a laundry list of cases in which the NFL has lost in Federal Court.
