Tickets for NCAA Hockey Tourney at Dunkin' Donuts Center on Sale Thursday

For the second time in three years, the NCAA men’s hockey tournament is coming to Providence’s Dunkin Donuts Center and tickets go on sale Thursday, December 8 at 10 a.m. 

The East Regional will be played on March 24 and 25, with Brown University serving as the host.

The Dunkin Donuts Center has hosted regionals four times, including 2015, which saw the Providence College Friars advance to the Frozen Four and go on to win the National Championship.

The Dunkin' Donuts Center has also hosted the Frozen Four six times, last one coming in 2000, and have hosted a total of 35 men's ice hockey tournament games which is the third highest total  of any arena in the country.

Other 2017 Regional Sites 

Other 2017 regional sites include Manchester, New Hampshire, Cincinnati, Ohio and Fargo, North Dakota.

The times and ESPN platform for each regional will be announced on the selection show, which will air at noon Eastern on March 19 on ESPNU.

Final Four in Chicago 

The 2017 Men’s Frozen Four will be held at the UnitedCenter in Chicago and be hosted by the University of Notre Dame and the Chicago Sports Commission. The national semifinals will be played April 6 at 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. eastern time, while the championship will be April 8 at 8 p.m. eastern time.
