Upon arrival police spoke with the victim, who told police that while at the intersection of the two streets, a male subject pushed her to the ground and took her cell phone.

The male subject was described by the victim as being a "dark skinned male, early 20’s, 5’10’ft tall, thin build, puffy hair, and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and multi colored sneakers."

The woman told police that after the suspect pushed her to the ground, that he grabbed her cell phone and fled behind the rear of 258 Webster Ave and began running towards the neighboring yards in an unknown direction.

In addition to her cell phone being taken, the woman told officers her license and debit card were in the phone case.

Police are investigating, including determining whether there is video surveillance in the vicinity.
