URI football looks to bounce back against #17 Stony Brook
The #23 University of Rhode Island football team will look to bounce back from last week’s heartbreaking loss when they travel to #17 Stony Brook on Saturday night.

"These guys have grown from one point to another and we have grown as a football program, as evidenced by what we saw on Saturday. These guys have grown and will get back up, load up and get on the ferry, go on over and play Stony Brook,” said URI football head coach Jim Fleming earlier this week.

URI enters the game with a record of 4-2 overall and 2-1 in the CAA, while Stony Brook comes into the game with a record of 5-2 overall and 3-1 in the CAA.
