Red Sox Blanked 3-0 by Toronto

The Boston Red Sox managed only six hits and no runs off of Toronto pitching en route to a 3-0 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays on Wednesday night. 

The Red Sox four game winning streak is snapped as they drop to 9-6 on the season.

With the game tied at zero in the second inning Toronto would score three unearned runs to take control. All three runs were unearned.

After Troy Tulowitzki reached leading off on a throwing error by third baseman Pablo Sandoval. Tulowitzki went to third and catcher Russell Martin reached second on an error by first baseman Mitch Moreland. Darwin Barney singled with one out, and Ezequiel Carrera had a two-out RBI single to give the Blue Jays the 3-0 lead.

The final game of the series is set for Thursday, April 20 at 12:37 p.m. 

For the Red Sox, Chris Sale will be on the mound while Marco Estrada will be on the mound for Toronto.
