5 Takeaways From #23/24 PC's Win Over Hartford

Kris Dunn records his second career triple-double
The #23/24 Providence College Friars men's basketball team (7-1) defeated (3-4) University of Hartford 89-66 on Wednesday night at the Dunkin' Donuts Center.

The game was highlighted by Kris Dunn recording his second career triple-double, becoming only the third player in PC history to record more than one triple-double. Dunn poured in 16 points, pulled down 10 rebounds and dished out 14 assists, 11 of them coming in the first half.

"Honestly, I wanted to take him out of the game, but you know, when your players ask you to believe in him and stick with him. He's very unique, stat stuffer and I'm really really proud of him. He really gets us going when he plays at that level with that motor," Friars head coach Ed Cooley said after the game.
