From artists to activists, and advocates and more, these Rhode Islanders impacted change in 2018. 

These Rhode Islanders took on everyone from the Attorney General to the state's education system, and they also collaborated with others across Rhode Island to enhance the arts, innovation, media, and more. 

GoLocal offers the second-half of its annual look at the change-makers — those that made a difference in 2018.
