One of the biggest boosters of the local music scene might appear to be behind the “scene” — but he has worked tirelessly not only contributing his talents (he’s been a “Best Male Vocalist in RI” and more), but promoting other artists and up-and-comers. 

Musician Nate Cozzolino has embedded himself deep into the heart of the Providence music scene, both as a regular performer throughout the area, and as a host of the weekly artist showcase, Madcap Monday. 

Cozzolino, who has appeared several times on GoLocal LIVE, came to the city after a decade in Japan performing at never-sleeping bars and cocktail lounges — but he’s made his home here in Rhode Island, building and hosting his own thriving open mic night, Madcap Monday.

He can also be seen performing both solo and with his band Nate Cozzolino and the Lost Arts at venues throughout New England.  Want to catch him in the new year?  After kicking off 2019 with several gigs in New Hampshire, Cozzolino returns to Rhode Island and southern New England for the following gigs:
